Front desk hardware repair services are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During these hours, you can drop off desktops, laptops, and custom systems for diagnostics and repair. This is the best option for in-person repair intake and pickup.
24/7 Emergency Support
For critical after-hours issues, we offer 24/7 emergency support for managed service clients and eligible business customers. Emergency calls are prioritized based on impact and urgency, and may be subject to after-hours billing depending on your support agreement.
