What We Have Done
- Every page has one main heading, and headings follow a logical order.
- Images that carry information have text alternatives.
- Links are underlined, and text and buttons meet WCAG color-contrast minimums.
- A visible outline shows where you are when you navigate with a keyboard.
- The menu can be opened, used and closed with a keyboard, and a “Skip to content” link lets you bypass it.
- Frequently asked questions announce whether they are expanded or collapsed.
- Pages are checked at phone, tablet and desktop widths so text reflows without sideways scrolling.
Known Limitations
- Some documents we link to, such as PDFs from government agencies and software vendors, are produced by others and may not be fully accessible.
- Our customer portal, support request form and remote support tool are run by third-party services and are outside our direct control.
- Some PDF downloads on our site have not yet been fully reviewed for accessibility.
How We Check the Site
We have tested the site with automated accessibility tools and with manual keyboard and screen-size checks. Automated tools cannot find every problem, so we welcome feedback.
