Remote Support Member

Provide first-line technical support to clients from a remote setting. Handle software troubleshooting, connectivity issues, and customer queries via phone, email, or chat.

On-site Support Technician

Work directly at client locations to resolve their tech issues. Duties include installing hardware, configuring software, and diagnosing network problems.

Computer Repair Technician

Based in our central hub, diagnose and repair computers that come into our shop. Maintain records and manage parts inventory while ensuring client satisfaction.
